The Invoices List Screen
The Invoices list is what you see after you click Invoices in the left menu. It shows your invoices in a table so you can find, filter, and open them.
What you can do here
- Search — type text and use the magnifying glass.
- Filter by date — pick a date range.
- Client — show one customer.
- Tags — narrow the list when your team uses tags.
- Company profile — when your business uses more than one profile.
- Status — draft, sent, paid, and other states.
There is a New button to start an invoice. Some screens also show extra filters (for example e-invoices) if your company turned them on.
Bulk actions
Select rows with the checkboxes. Then use Change status or the Action menu for things like PDF or print. Your admin decides what you are allowed to do.
Columns
If you see a small column settings control, you can choose which columns appear. If something is missing, ask your admin.
