Communication

The Communication tab on a client is where you see what your team and Xagle have recorded about that customer. Think of it as a running story: notes people typed in, emails sent, and related messages.

Where to find it

Open the client. Click the Communication tab. You may see a number on the tab if there are items waiting.

What you can do here

  • Read the timeline of notes and messages.
  • Add a new note (look for the add button or menu).
  • Use email actions from this area when your screen shows them.

If a button is missing, ask your admin. They decide what each person can do.
