Communication
The Communication section on the Client Account allows your company to keep track of Notes, emails, and SMS messages.
The ability to add, edit, and remove notes is included within the user privileges system.

You can search through notes, emails, and SMS messages by using the search bar at the top right of the Communication section. You can search by the communication's content, the person who wrote it, or any tags added to the note.
The Action dropdown menu allows you to create a new note, email, or send a SMS message.
