Creating an Invoice

An invoice is the bill you send a customer. You can also start a credit memo or refund from the same place when your company uses those.

Start a new invoice

  1. Click Invoices in the left menu.
  2. Click the + next to Invoices, or open the invoice list and click New.

A window titled Create invoice opens. Choose the document type at the top if you see options.

Pick the client, payment terms, and date. You can pick a company profile if your business uses more than one.

Click Submit. Xagle opens the full invoice so you can add line items and totals.

If you do not see New or the +, ask your admin.
