Attaching Files to an Invoice

On the invoice edit screen, open the Attachments tab. Use the control there to add a file (your administrator controls who can view attachments).

For each file you can set client visibility. That controls whether the customer can open the file from the public invoice link.

Visible: the client can download the file from the public link.
Not visible: the file stays internal.
Visible after payment: the client can open it only after the invoice is paid in full.

Important: Files you attach here do not embed into the invoice PDF. They are for delivery or storage next to the invoice, for example drawings, contracts, or photos.

If you do not see the Attachments tab, your user role may not include attachment access.
