Converting a Quote Into an Invoice

When the customer is ready, you can turn a quote into an invoice. That copies the lines and totals so you can bill them.

Where to click

Open the quote. At the top, open the Other menu (not Actions). Choose Quote to invoice.

When you see it

This choice shows for quotes that are still draft, sent, or approved, and only if this quote is not already turned into an invoice. If it is missing, the quote may already be converted or the status does not allow it.

You need rights to create invoices. If the menu is not there, ask your admin.
