Emailing an Invoice
Open the invoice you want to send. At the top, open the Actions menu and choose Email. (There is not a separate Email button on its own.)
Important: If you do not see Email, mail may not be set up for your company, or your role may not allow it. Ask your administrator.
What happens next
You will get a screen to pick who receives the message, edit the subject and body if your setup allows, and send. The exact fields depend on how your team configured Xagle.
Tips
- Save the invoice first so the PDF or link matches what you intend to send.
- If sending fails, check spam settings and that the customer’s email address is correct on the client record.
