Conversations
Conversations is available when your plan includes the Conversations add-on and an administrator has turned the feature on. It is a messaging area that lets your team work in threaded discussions—often alongside SMS or other channels if those integrations are configured.
How to open it
Use Conversations in the left sidebar. From there you can start a conversation, open an existing thread, and archive or close threads when your workflow allows.
Permissions and setup
- If the menu item is missing, the add-on may not be installed, your administrator may not have granted access, or the feature may be off for your environment.
- Webhook and provider settings are maintained by administrators; end users normally only work inside the conversation screens.
