Real-Time Updates (Broadcasting)

Broadcasting makes Xagle feel live: new messages, replies, reactions, and unread badges appear the moment they happen — in the Conversations inbox, open threads, floating chat windows, and the sidebar — with no page refresh.

Turning it on

1. Go to Settings → System Settings → Advanced Options.
2. Set Enable Broadcasting to Enable and save.

Broadcasting is available on Pro plans. There is nothing else to configure — the change applies to your whole team immediately (a page reload picks it up).

What changes when it's off

Without Broadcasting, the same screens check for updates on a timer and can run up to a minute behind. Everything still arrives — it just isn't instant.
