Client Types

Every client has a Client Type drop-down. It is a label that tells you where that customer is in your process. For example: are they just a lead, or already a paying customer?

Choices in the list

Xagle includes these types. If your app is set to another language, the wording may change, but the ideas stay the same:

  • Lead
  • Prospect
  • Trial
  • Customer
  • Affiliate
  • Other
  • Referral partner
  • Integration partner
  • Corporate

How to set or change it

Open the client. On the General tab, pick a type from the menu. To see only some types on the big list, use the filters at the top of the Clients screen.
