Contacts
One client in Xagle can stand for a whole company. Under that company you can save contacts: real people with their own phone numbers and emails (for example the owner, the office manager, or billing).
Where you add contacts
First save the client. Then open the client again and click the Contacts tab. Use Add contact (or similar) if your login allows it.
If you do not see a Contacts tab or an add button, ask your Xagle admin. Your account may be view-only.
Why it matters
When you email or call, you can pick the right person. Quotes and invoices can also use this info so nothing goes to the wrong address.
