Client Settings
The Settings tab on a client holds the “rules” Xagle should follow for that customer. This is not the same as the General tab. General is name and address. Settings is how billing and email should behave.
What you might see here
- Active — Is this client turned on in the system?
- Company profile — Which profile of your company applies.
- Parent account — Link this client to a bigger account when that applies.
- Invoices paid by — When someone else pays this client’s bills.
- Default payment terms — When money is due on new invoices.
- Templates — Which document style to use for receipts and similar.
- Marketing email opt out — Whether this person said no to promo email.
- Default currency and Language — Money type and language for this client.
Your screen might not show every line. Admins can turn columns on or off. If something is missing, ask your admin.
After you change settings, save the client.
