Lead Sources
A lead source answers a simple question: How did this customer find you? Think of it like a label: web ad, friend referral, trade show, social media, and so on.
Where you set it
Open the client. On the General tab, use the Lead Source drop-down. If your screen has Lead Source Notes, you can type extra details in that box.
Where the choices come from
The list is built from tags your company sets up in Xagle. If you need a new option in the list, ask whoever manages Xagle for your team.
Referrals from another company
Some teams also link a client as the lead source (for example the business that keeps sending you referrals). If you use that, your admin can show you how it works.
